Product details

Print: Pigment inks printed on a heavyweight bright white archival paper (100% cotton rag which is acid, lignin and chlorine free, paper source: Italy).

Backing board: 100% recycled materials.

Clear sleeve: Acid-free cellophane, 10% recycled content.

Your print is made from archival pigment inks on a 100% cotton rag paper.

Handling. Please handle it with care by the border only, and store flat. Oils and dirt from your hands will stain the soft paper, and potentially damage the inks.

Display. Please hang your print and enjoy however it is appropriate for you!

Two things will extend the life of your print:

  • avoid sunlight (UV fades inks and damages the paper over time)
  • frame your print under glass (protects your print from UV, dust and moisture)

All prints are shipped flat.

Each print is packed in a clear cellophane sleeve with sturdy backing, and then shipping in a cardboard envelope (8x10" prints and smaller) or sandwiched securely between two pieces of cardboard (12x16" prints).

Shipping

We ship from Vancouver, BC.

We do not ship outside of Canada, except for wholesale customers. We will be adding shipping to the US, the UK and other countries soon.

Your order will be shipped from our studio within 2 business days, via Canada Post or UPS (Ground). Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.

Our carrier's shipping standard within Canada is 7 business days.

Our arrival times are an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner.

We are responsible for making sure you get your print in 100% condition.

If your print arrives in damaged condition, please let us know as soon as possible by email hello(at)loverainpress.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All purchases are eligible for a full refund (product and original shipping cost to you).

and we will get your return started.

Please note

1) You have 30 days to notify us and ship the package in order to be eligible for a full refund.

2) The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and ensuring it arrives at our studio.

We (Love Rain Press) can't be responsible for lost return packages, so please insure your package appropriately against loss or damage

3) Goods must be in new, re-sellable condition.

4) A full refund of your purchase price and shipping fees (from our studio to you) will be made within 7 days that we receive your return.

Wholesale

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing to retail stores in Canada and the US.
